Shipping policy

Order Processing 

All online or direct message orders(not including custom orders) received prior to 6:00 pm are processed on the same day. Please note: Processing time is 1-4 business days. Shipping is an additional 2-7 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent once order has shipped. Once hair has shipped, we are no longer responsible for packaging. 

 

Custom Units

Units will be shipped once customization process has been completed. Shipping is 2-7 business days.  Tracking numbers will be sent once order has shipped. Once hair has shipped, we are no longer responsible for packaging.
